Information and communication activity

The establishment of the project website will enable access to information, as well as the availability of all relevant data related to the approved project. The project holder (City of Šibenik) will ensure the production of communication materials as well as the visual identity that will be used by the project partners. Marketing communication through social networks, which have proven to be an excellent communication tool, will enable the wider community to access all information. The promotion of the activity will include the creation of promotional materials that will be used for the implementation of the project (brochures, posters, flyers, gadgets). All partners will be in charge of cooperation with local internet portals in order to increase the availability of information to the general public. The organization of the initial and final conference is also one of the activities in this package, as well as the presentation of short promotional films. The communications manager will be responsible for coordinating information and communication activities, and for the purposes of creating promotional materials, specialized companies will be contracted in accordance with the provisions of the law on public procurement. The main goal of this activity is to raise the awareness of the general public about the importance of strengthening STEM skills in primary schools. Information and communication activities will be specially adapted for people with special needs, i.e. deaf and mute people, and a sign language interpreter will be provided at all media conferences as well as the opening and closing conferences. Special importance will be given to the marketing of social networks with regard to the target groups of the project proposal.
