The goal of the mentioned activity is to ensure that the project meets its goals within the budget and deadlines. Tasks will include monitoring project progress and evaluating results. This activity includes the overall legal, financial and administrative management of the project and the establishment of regular communication with the competent authorities. The city of Šibenik, as the applicant, will coordinate all project activities. The project team will consist of: project manager, financial expert, administrator, employee of the Department for Economy, Entrepreneurship and Development of the City of Šibenik. As part of this activity, it is planned to hold 3 meetings of the project team, two of which, at the beginning and at the end of the project implementation, will be held in Šibenik, and one in Zagreb.
Information and communication activity
The establishment of the project website will enable access to information, as well as the availability of all relevant data related to the approved project. The project holder (City of Šibenik) will ensure the production of communication materials as well
